Who Spoke at the Commission

Who spoke at a public meeting, in what capacity, and what each person is to the issue. The facts come from what people said about themselves, or from a cited source. Never from their opinions.

The meeting

Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission, Lincoln, September 14, 2026, 1:12 p.m. to 2:33 p.m.

Not yet checked

Names and words come from the meeting’s automatic captions, which make mistakes. Nothing here has been checked against the Commission’s official minutes yet. Where a name is garbled, the card says so.

How to read a card

The rule

A card says what a person is to the issue: parent, organizer, appointee, grower. That comes from what they said at the podium or from a source named on the card, not from what they think.

Health details, minors and third parties a speaker mentioned are left out on purpose, and each card says what was left out. Commissioners get the same card as everyone else.

Questions no one answered in the room

Public comment at this meeting was, in the presiding commissioner’s words, not a question and answer session. So these were said to the Commission and left there. Each card shows what was asked, in the person’s own words, and where it stands.

Right of reply

Any response from the Commission, from the whole Commission or from any one commissioner, is printed here in full, unedited, with the date and who sent it. No response is recorded as exactly that, and is never called a refusal. The same questions go to the whole Commission on the same day, in the same words.
