All five — both senators, all three House seats. Voting records, FEC funding, bill activity, tenure, and accountability — real data where we have it, honestly marked "not built yet" or "not applicable" where we don't.
The A.N.S.W.E.R.S. scorer (answersv1.py) exists and runs, but every metric below is currently a placeholder heuristic, not a calculation from actual votes, bills, or ethics filings. The code comments say so directly: "Placeholder — in production, fetch from ProPublica API." That's why no composite accountability score appears in the KPIs or table above — showing one would look exactly like a real grade while being computed from things like "do they have a phone number listed."
Real, working data clients already exist for this (data_sources.py: Congress.gov votes/bills, VoteView ideology, FEC financials) — they're just not wired into the scorer yet. That's the single highest-leverage fix before this dashboard can show a real accountability grade.
